• Standard Delivery: Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days.
• Express Delivery: Available in selected cities for faster delivery within 1-2 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

3. Shipping Charges

• Free Delivery: Available for orders exceeding PKR 5,000.
• A flat shipping fee of PKR 195. applies to orders below the free delivery threshold.

4. Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
• Use this number to track your package in real-time through our courier partner's website.

5. Delivery Guidelines

• Please ensure the delivery address and contact details provided are accurate and complete.
• If no one is available to receive the package, the courier will attempt delivery again on the next business day.
