1. Returns for Damaged or Faulty Items: We accept returns for products that are received in a damaged or faulty condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unwashed, unused, with original tags, and in its undamaged packaging.
2. Return Period: Please lodge a complaint within 24 hours of receiving the damaged or faulty product. After 24 hours, no claims regarding product issues will be entertained.
3. Return Process: If your complaint is valid, Toys4You.pk will arrange for the product to be collected for examination. If the claim is accurate, we offer the option to either replace the product with the same item (subject to availability) or provide an exchange for a different product of equal or lesser value.
4. Refund Policy: Refunds are issued only in the case where we are unable to fulfill your order due to stock unavailability. Refunds will be processed directly into your bank account within 7 working days. To initiate the refund process, please provide your bank account details to info@babyzone.pk
5. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for returning the merchandise via traceable delivery (courier or registered post) to our address: Toys4You.pk, E-332 ShahAlam Market Lahore, 54000. Delivery charges will not be refunded under any circumstances. The product must be returned to our warehouse within 7 working days from the complaint date.
6. Product Condition: Do not tape or put stickers on the manufacturer’s box. If a product is returned to us in inadequate condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you.
7. Non-Returnable Items: Refund or exchange is not available for products based on personal preference or choice. Items sold as part of a promotion, deal, or offer are also non-returnable.
8. Return Process for Damaged or Faulty Items: To initiate a return for a damaged or faulty item, please send an email to info@babyzone.pk within 24 hours of receiving the product. Include a short video and pictures clearly showing the damage or fault. Our customer support team will guide you through the return process.
